A Mississauga customer asked me to build four raised wooden planter boxes for the front of a residential development. Each box was built from heavy pressure-treated lumber, positioned within the landscape and sanded in preparation for exterior stain.

This Oakville custom home required every 96-inch, 1¾-inch-thick solid-core door to be resized because the framed openings were narrower than the supplied door package. The project also included custom jamb preparation, tall casing and carefully mortised European-style door hardware.
